Named among Kenya’s top 15 buildings in 2012, the IPS Building is an iconic 12-storey structure located on Kimathi Street, between Kaunda Street and Standard Street in the city’s Central Business District. The IPS Building is constantly maintained and upgraded by PDM over its now more than 40 year lifespan ensuring that it remains contemporary and offers modern amenities.
